INTRODUCING GRADE 40The introduction of Grade 40 rebars bring with it the required strength and cost of construction value which were not attainable in the past. Moreover, the use of Grade 40 rebars strengthen structures in a way that mitigates the risk of damage caused by natural calamities or other factors.
Properties Of GRADE 40 Steel Bars:To provide consumers with a reliable means of gauging the suitability of specific products for specific applications, all rebar products are standardized and graded. Rebar with a grade 40 designation offers a minimum yield strength of 40,000 pounds per square inch and conforms to ASTM A-615 performance standards. Its metric counterpart is grade 280 rebar, with an equivalent minimum yield strength of 280 megapascals. This makes grade 40 rebar an excellent choice for light- to medium-duty concrete reinforcing applications.

Deformed bars have more tensile stresses than that of mild steel plain bars. These bars can be used without end hooks. The deformation should be spaced along the bar at substantially uniform distances. To limit cracks that may develop in reinforced concrete around mild steel bars due to stretching of bars and some loss of bond under load it is common to use deformed bars that have projecting ribs or are twisted to improve the bond with concrete.

INTRODUCING GRADE 60
Nomee Steel produces Grade 60 deformed steel bars according to ASTM a615 and ASTM a706 standards. Grade 60 rebars have higher tensile strength that makes them stronger. With a new trend of high-rise buildings, the mega projects arising out of the need for infrastructure development, the one belt one road initiative of CPEC, and the construction package all gave the construction industry a whole new direction. Due to the influx of these mega construction projects, the demand for construction material has increased significantly.
Properties of Grade 60 Steel Bars:
Grade 60 has a minimum yield strength of 60,000 psi and minimum tensile strength of 90,000 psi which makes it well-suited for medium to heavy-duty concrete reinforcement in construction.

Weighing BridgeFor accurate weighing, we have installed a computerized weighing bridge having 100 metric tons capacity, which is calibrated frequently, to ensure perfect accuracy.

Extensive Storage YardEach unit has its own storage yard where all raw material is stored facilitated by overhead cranes. The finished product (MS Bars) are afterwards loaded and dispatched as per schedule.

Chemical Testing LaboratoryFully equipped chemical testing laboratory has been installed in the factory premises to check chemical composition of the most important elements affecting quality of steel. For this purpose, spectrometers have been installed, capable of testing 30 elements in just 45 seconds.
